We capture your vision: destination, budget, group size, and travel dates, and confirm your passport and visa status right away so you have plenty of time to secure any necessary documents.
When you partner with us, you’re paired with a dedicated personal travel advisor—no rotating call‑center staff—who handles everything from start to finish and knows you and your trip inside and out.
2) One‑Time Planning Fee (Per Trip)
Once your trip goals are set and we confirm you have the necessary documentation—like a valid passport in hand or time to obtain one—we’ll review our one‑time planning fee, which covers:

Payment of your planning fee confirms your commitment and enables our agency—serving a select number of clients—to devote extra time and care to every detail of your vacation, so you can use your time to handle what matters most.
Group trips? We waive the planning fee entirely for the core itinerary—you’ll join a pre‑arranged trip at an exclusive rate with added perks. If you’d like to add pre‑ or post‑trip components, the standard planning fee will apply to cover that extra work.
3) Destination Research & Arrangements
We dive deep into your chosen destination—researching local highlights, finding the perfect accommodations, and lining up flights, transfers, car rentals, and activities so everything flows seamlessly. If you need to apply for or renew a passport, and there’s enough lead time before your departure, we’ll guide you through the entire process to ensure you’ve got the right documents in hand.
4) Proposal, Travel Insurance, & Refinement
You’ll receive a comprehensive proposal covering every component of your trip—flights, transfers, accommodations (all‑inclusive resorts, hotels, or cruise cabins), excursions, and personalized travel insurance recommendations. Review each element, let us know any adjustments you’d like, and once you give the green light, we’ll proceed to booking, payment, and confirmations.
5) Booking, Payment, & Confirmation
We secure all arrangements—flights, transfers, car rentals, hotels, and excursions—and set up your payment authorizations in a secure, easy‑to‑use online platform. You simply review and approve each component with a click. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll receive a full confirmation package and a digital itinerary packed with insider tips, local guides, and any necessary vouchers.
6) Documents & Extras
Need printed copies? We can mail you a neatly organized travel folder—or you can access everything through your digital itinerary app. We always make sure your documents arrive well before your trip so you're not left scrambling. Having printed copies is a smart backup, just in case you can’t access your digital version or simply prefer the added convenience while navigating airports, hotels, or excursions.
7) Ongoing Support
